As the Community Medical Liaison Director, you will be responsible for managing and developing the regional Hepatology Community Medical Liaisons (CMLS). You will be responsible to plan, organize and monitor the CML team's activities to ensure they align with the medical affairs strategies. Y ou will have the opportunity to: Lead, manage, mentor, and train the CMLs, providing continuous tactical vision and guidance. Coordinate training, activities, communications, and professional development for field-based CMLs. Serve as the primary Medical Affairs contact for internal multi-disciplinary teams. Develop and implement 30/60/90-day Launch Plans in collaboration with GSK CML Leadership. Manage contract deliverables and oversee field operations of CMLs. Collaborating cross-functionally with GSK's US and Global Medical Affairs, Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), and clinical development teams, with a primary focus on the Hepatology portfolio. Along with your ability to remain at the forefront of your field, you must possess: Doctorate level scientific degree is required (PharmD, MD, PhD, or equivalent). 3+ years' experience as manager of field-based MSLs or CMLs 5+ years of experience as a CML/MSL Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated effectiveness to work across divisions as well as independently. Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license to drive to assignments, unless otherwise specified
