What we are looking for We are seeking a Director - Medical Affairs to provide scientific and strategic leadership across oncology programs. This individual will build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), support clinical research and evidence-generation initiatives, drive medical strategy execution, and partner cross-functionally to advance organizational objectives. What You'll Do Lead Medical Affairs strategy and execution within oncology. Engage and develop relationships with KOLs, healthcare providers, and research institutions. Support clinical trials, investigator-initiated studies, and scientific congress activities. Provide scientific leadership and insights to cross-functional stakeholders. Monitor emerging clinical data, competitive intelligence, and treatment trends. Represent the organization at medical meetings, advisory boards, and conferences. Ensure all activities are compliant with regulatory and industry standards. Must Have Advanced scientific or medical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, DO, DNP, or equivalent). 12+ years of Medical Affairs, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research experience. 8+ years of oncology experience, preferably in solid tumors. Proven experience engaging with KOLs and driving Medical Affairs initiatives. Strong understanding of oncology clinical research and treatment landscapes.
