Syracuse, New York Position Highlights:

Provide full-spectrum family medicine care to a diverse rural population Lead and oversee the Rural Family Medicine Residency Program Supervise and mentor resident physicians and medical students Ensure program compliance with ACGME accreditation standards Promote community engagement and rural health initiatives Collaborate with hospital and clinic leadership on strategic planning Clinical Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive primary care (pediatrics through geriatrics) Perform in-office procedures as appropriate Participate in shared call schedule Maintain high-quality, patient-centered care standards Support population health and preventative care initiatives Medical Director Responsibilities Provide overall leadership for the residency program Develop curriculum and oversee educational programming Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty and residents Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards Lead Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) efforts Serve as liaison between residency program and hospital/health system leadership Participate in recruitment and community outreach efforts
