The Emergency Service Head role offers a unique blend of clinical practice and leadership, allowing you to directly impact patient care while mentoring and supporting your ER clinician team. This position provides the opportunity to shape the ER service through scheduling, hiring, and training decisions, lead team meetings, and represent the ER department in hospital leadership. Working closely with the Medical Director, you'll play a key role in ensuring high-quality patient care and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. What you need to excel in this role at

BluePearl:

DVM from accredited university is required. Successful completion of rotating internship or the BluePearl's EmERge program required. 2+ years of clinical experience required. Must possess valid applicable DVM licensure. Demonstrated capacity to multitask and successfully manage competing priorities required. Prior shift lead experience preferred. Strong leadership ability with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated stress tolerance and attention to detail.
