POSITION

SNF Medical Director ─────────────────────────────────────

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Active MD or DO license in the State of New York
• Experience in post-acute, long-term care, or SNF/nursing home settings preferred
• Strong clinical leadership and administrative skills
• Board certification preferred ─────────────────────────────────────

ROLE OVERVIEW

As Medical Director, you will provide clinical oversight, quality improvement leadership, and regulatory guidance for our skilled nursing facility. This is an outstanding opportunity for a physician looking to expand their practice into an impactful leadership role within the post-acute care space. ─────────────────────────────────────

SCHEDULE & LOCATION

This position requires on-site presence at one designated facility, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

COMPENSATION

We offer a flexible and competitive compensation model tailored to the right candidate, which may include: Stipend-based directorship structure Billing/productivity-based arrangements Creative compensation packages based on mutual discussion and interest We are open to discussing a compensation arrangement that works for your practice and lifestyle within the required schedule.

Pay:

$230,000.00 - $260,000.00 per year
