EM Medical Director We are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician to serve as Medical Director of the Emergency Department. This physician will provide clinical leadership while working collaboratively with hospital administration, nursing leadership, physicians, and advanced practice providers to support high-quality, efficient emergency care. Full Time Salary:

$375,000-$475,000/yr Key Responsibilities Provide clinical and operational leadership for the Emergency Department Maintain an active clinical presence and provide direct emergency patient care Oversee physician and advanced practice provider clinical performance Support scheduling, staffing, onboarding, and provider retention efforts Lead quality improvement, patient safety, and performance initiatives Monitor key ED metrics, including patient flow, wait times, throughput, and clinical outcomes Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and established standards of care. Participate in provider meetings, peer review, credentialing, and medical staff committees Collaborate with nursing and hospital leadership to address departmental needs and improve patient care Assist with development and implementation of Emergency Department policies and clinical protocols Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine; board certification preferred for leadership roles Active and unrestricted state medical license or ability to obtain one Current DEA registration and required certifications Emergency Medicine clinical experience required Previous Medical Director, department leadership, or administrative experience preferred Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills Preferred Certifications ABEM or AOBEM Board Certification ACLS Submit your resume to us today for consideration of the EM Medical Director opening and one of our dedicated recruiters will be in touch within 24 business hours.
