Job Description
New York (Physician/MD qualifications required) Family Practice (Geriatrics) - Primary Care Physician Medical Director opportunity in Syracuse, NY Excellent full-time opportunity (5 days|week) rounding and providing medical directorship in skilled nursing facilities, with excellent support and training, autonomy, and earning potential. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs Monitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals in a team approach Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with regulations Qualifications Current physician license (State of New York) and DEA Experience in post-acute, acute, ED, or clinic settings preferred, but not required; new grads welcome to apply Strong clinical foundation and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a positive outlook Job #61669 For more information, please email a copy of your CV today to vicky@insyncrecruiters.com or call 602-284-0991.
