As part of our growing team, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Medical Director who is passionate about transforming mental health care and guiding our clinical team to success.
Job Description:
The Medical Director will play a key role in shaping our clinical practices and leading our medical team to deliver exceptional care. This full-time, on-site role requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in psychiatry and a strong commitment to patient-centered care. As Medical Director, you will oversee clinical protocols, ensure compliance with regulations, and foster a collaborative environment that enhances both patient and provider satisfaction.
Requirements Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the development and implementation of clinical policies and protocols. Provide clinical leadership and direction to the medical team. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve patient outcomes. Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss clinical issues and ensure alignment with our mission. Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care. Provide direct patient care as needed and serve as a resource for complex cases.
Qualifications:
MD or DO with board certification in Psychiatry. At least 5 years of experience in a clinical or medical leadership role. Proven track record of successful leadership in a healthcare setting. Strong understanding of clinical quality, regulatory requirements, and patient safety standards. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
