A nationally recognized children's health system is seeking a Pediatric Anesthesiology Medical Director to lead anesthesia services at a growing pediatric ambulatory surgery center. This is a rare outpatient-focused leadership opportunity with strong compensation, minimal to no call, and future program growth planned.

The Opportunity:

• Primarily outpatient pediatric anesthesia 100% pediatric cases
• Monday-Friday daytime schedule
• Tenured anesthesia provider team at the ASC, within a regional team of 17 pediatric anesthesiologists and 40 CRNAs
• Demonstrated leadership experience preferred
• Optional call at the affiliated main campus, for those who want to maintain higher-acuity skills
• 45 days off annually
• Medical Director position pays $625K+ annually
