The Opportunity
  • Part-Time Medical Director (20 hours/week)
  • Lead an established outpatient primary care program with a strong mission and growing impact
  • Influence clinical strategy, quality initiatives, and program development at the leadership level
  • Supervise APPs and support a multidisciplinary care team focused on whole-person care
  • Enjoy meaningful leadership responsibilities without the demands of a full-time administrative role
  • Help improve access and outcomes for individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs, and other underserved populations
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to leave a lasting impact on patients, providers, and the organization The Ideal Candidate
  • MD or DO, Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Ohio license or ability to obtain licensure
  • Previous leadership or APP supervision experience preferred
  • Passion for patient-centered care and healthcare innovation
