Position Description The Medical Director provides clinical leadership and medical oversight for a skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Kettering, OH. You will set clinical standards, support the management of complex geriatric and chronic conditions, and work closely with our nurse practitioners as their mentor and clinical guide. The role combines onsite rounding with administrative responsibility. This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis, and you build your own hours around what works for you. Medical Director:
MD or DO from an accredited institution with an active, unrestricted Ohio medical license Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty preferred Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, post-acute care, or geriatrics preferred Experience collaborating with nurse practitioners and interdisciplinary teams Prior Medical Director experience in nursing homes or post-acute care preferred Responsibilities of the
Medical Director:
