What You'll Do Maintain and organize resident medical records with accuracy and confidentiality. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations. Manage admissions, discharges, record retention, and document filing. Conduct chart audits and support survey readiness efforts. Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to ensure documentation is complete and timely. Serve as the facility's go-to expert for all things medical records. What We're Looking For Experience in medical records, health information management, or long-term care preferred. Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare documentation requirements.
