Job Description:

The Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of Florida College of Medicine is seeking a physician leader to serve as Medical Director at the UF Health Ocala Neighborhood Hospital•Emergency Department. This role combines clinical practice with department leadership, guiding a growing team of Emergency Medicine physicians as they deliver the full scope of emergency care under a novel, community-focused care model. As Medical Director, you'll set the clinical and cultural tone for the department while building a collaborative team, ensuring quality and consistency of care, and serving as the primary liaison between the emergency department and hospital leadership.
