Job Description
OPPORTUNITY
: Looking for a Board Certified Urologist to serve as Senior Medical Director of our well established, hospital employed practice. This a full time position offering flexible scheduling. Leadership experience preferred.COMPENSATION
:- Base salary of $708,320
- for initial two year contract.
- 5% less for those not yet boarded, salary adjusted accordingly upon board certification 2-year contract also includes:
Vacation :
272 hours of holidays/sick days (34 PTO days).CME/Books & Journals :
80 hours (10 days PTO) and up to $7,000- Deferred compensation: 457b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $24,500 year before taxes. No matching.

Savings Plan:
403b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $24,500 year before taxes under age 50 and $31,000 for over age 50. SOMC matches dollar for dollar up to 2% of base pay.Moving Expense:

- Practice Location o 1735 27th St Portsmouth, OH 45662 o Waller Building Suite 308
- Office Hours/Work Schedule o 8:00am
- 4:30pm Monday
- Thursday o 8:00am
- noon Friday o This schedule can be flexed
- Call Schedule/CERP (if applicable) o 1:3 call, approx. 17 weeks/year
- Staffing o 2 Nurse Practitioners, 3 Medical Office Assistants, 6 Clinical Staff, 1 Surgery Scheduler, and 1 UDS Technician
- Case Load o 15-20 patients/day in outpatient clinic, 3-4 half day clinics o 4-8 procedures/day in the OR
- Equipment o Meditech and Dragon Medical One o UDS Machine o 2 Monitors for Cystoscopies o 3-4 Rigid Cystoscopes o 8 Flexible Cystocopes o Disposable Cystoscopes w/ two monitors and a bovie o Ultrasound machine w/ one vaginal/rectal ultrasound probe along with a Trophon
