Job Summary CommunityCare Kistler Clinic, affiliated with Geisinger, is seeking a family medicine or med-peds trained physician for an outpatient primary care opportunity in Wilkes-Barre, PA. Job Duties CommunityCare, a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike affiliated with Geisinger and qualifies for the National Health Service Corp Loan Repayment Program and the Pennsylvania Loan Repayment Program . In this role, you will partner with interdisciplinary teams to manage population health, improve outcomes, and drive preventive care initiatives. The patient panel includes comprehensive care across the full lifespan, from newborns to end-of-life care.
