What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
Active Supervision:
Provide remote and periodic physical on-site clinical oversight for high-performing, delegated mid-level practitioners (NPs, PAs, RNs) in your local North Carolina region. You will review and sign each chart and perform Good Faith Exams on a minimum number of patient encounters each month.
Establish Protocols:
Author, customize, and sign off on Standing Orders and Standard Protocols housed in each clinic's physical Practice Management Binder (reviewed annually).
Chart Auditing:
Conduct routine monthly reviews of patient clinical charts (minimum of 10%) to ensure exceptional care standards.
Clinical Leadership:
Remain available to provide timely, expert clinical guidance and manage adverse events if they arise. What We Are Looking For (Requirements) Must hold an active, unrestricted MD or DO license in North Carolina with an active DEA registration. Must reside in the state of North Carolina to facilitate required local site visits and active supervision. Skills, experience, or a strong professional interest in medical aesthetics, wellness, weight loss, and IV hydration therapies. A passion for mentoring mid-level clinicians and ensuring the absolute highest standard of patient safety and clinical excellence.
Pay:
$235.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 - 20.0 per week
