$385,000 - $405,000 / year Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications are obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation. This is a hybrid role whereby the Medical Director will take on clinical directorship and also cover Anatomic Pathology general surgical pathology services at two Optum Washington sites under PhenoPath. The Medical Director is responsible for ensuring the medical quality of laboratory services meet the standards of a busy lab while upholding the levels of care that intersect the healthcare needs of our patient population.
