•We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled IV Hydration Medical Director to lead and oversee all clinical operations related to intravenous hydration therapy within our healthcare organization. This pivotal role combines medical expertise, leadership, and strategic oversight to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and compliant patient care. The Medical Director will serve as the chief clinical authority, guiding medical practices, maintaining regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of excellence in patient outcomes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence innovative hydration therapies while ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and quality standards. Duties Provide expert medical leadership for IV hydration services, ensuring all treatments meet clinical guidelines and safety protocols. Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies aligned with FDA regulations, HIPAA compliance, NCQA standards, and healthcare best practices. Oversee the management of electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems), ensuring accurate documentation of patient care and medical records. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on clinical research initiatives to advance hydration therapy methods and improve patient outcomes. Supervise clinical staff, including physicians, nurses, and administrative personnel, fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement and professional development. Ensure compliance with drug enforcement regulations (DEA), healthcare laws, and hospital or practice management standards. Lead efforts in utilization management, medical records review, and healthcare compliance to optimize patient care efficiency and safety. Engage in teaching and academic leadership activities to promote best practices in physiology, anatomy, and clinical development related to IV therapy. Manage project timelines, budgets, and strategic initiatives aimed at expanding or improving hydration services while maintaining high standards of patient care. Qualifications Medical degree (MD or DO) with post-residency experience in internal medicine, emergency medicine, or related fields. Proven leadership experience in healthcare management or clinical practice with supervisory responsibilities. Extensive knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and clinical research methodologies. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and electronic health records management tools. Strong understanding of FDA regulations, HIPAA compliance, NCQA standards, drug enforcement laws (DEA), and healthcare quality improvement protocols. Experience in hospital settings or managed care environments is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams while maintaining high standards of patient care and safety. Project management skills with a focus on practice development, research initiatives, or clinical program expansion. Excellent communication skills for teaching, leadership roles, and collaboration across departments. Pay:

$200.00 - $83,714.48 per month
