Medical Director - Aesthetic Practice Refined | Missoula, Montana Refined is a woman-owned, boutique aesthetics studio in Missoula, Montana, looking for a qualified medical professional to join as a part-time Medical Director. We are expanding our advanced skincare services to include microneedling and medium-depth chemical peels, and we are seeking an NP or physician who is interested in partnering with an established esthetician to provide clinical oversight, guidance, and support as we grow. About the opportunity This is a great opportunity for a medical professional looking for a flexible, part-time role with minimal day-to-day involvement. The position is designed around clinical oversight, patient safety, and collaboration rather than a traditional full-time medical director position. Responsibilities

• Provide medical oversight for microneedling and chemical peel services.
• Review and approve treatment protocols, informed consent forms, and clinical procedures.
• Collaborate with the esthetician to ensure treatments are performed within the approved scope of practice.
• Participate in periodic chart reviews and clinical check-ins.
• Be available for clinical questions, adverse reactions, or other patient-care concerns as outlined in the oversight agreement.
• Help ensure the practice maintains appropriate safety standards and regulatory compliance. Ideal candidate
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician in Montana.
• Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, medical spas, or cosmetic procedures is preferred.
• Comfortable providing clinical oversight in a boutique aesthetic setting.
• Professional, communicative, and supportive.
• Interested in a flexible, low-commitment partnership.

Pay:

$300.00 - $500.00 per month
