We are seeking an experienced Medical Director (MD/DO) to provide clinical leadership and oversight for our physician-led telehealth evaluation program. Position Overview The Medical Director will oversee the clinical quality and integrity of medical evaluations performed by our physicians and DPTs through telehealth. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys clinical leadership, quality assurance, and working within an innovative telehealth environment. The Medical Director will work collaboratively with our clinical and administrative teams to establish and maintain appropriate clinical standards, review evaluation practices, and ensure that medical evaluations are performed consistently, professionally, and in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical oversight and leadership for physicians and DPTs conducting telehealth medical evaluations. Establish and maintain clinical protocols, standards, and guidelines for medical evaluations. Review evaluation processes and documentation to ensure clinical quality, accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Conduct periodic quality assurance reviews of completed evaluations. Ensure evaluation practices are consistent with applicable federal and state requirements, professional standards, and telehealth regulations. Collaborate with the company's leadership team regarding clinical policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives. Serve as a clinical resource for physicians and the organization. Help develop and continuously improve clinical workflows and evaluation protocols. Maintain appropriate physician licensure and professional credentials required for the role. Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Active, unrestricted medical license(s) in applicable U.S. state(s). Board certification or board eligibility in an appropriate medical specialty. Clinical experience sufficient to provide meaningful oversight of physician-led medical evaluations. Experience with telemedicine/telehealth is strongly preferred but not required. What We Offer Flexible, remote telehealth position.
