A growing, mission-driven healthcare organization in north-central Indiana is seeking a Primary Care Medical Director to lead and expand its outpatient primary care program. You will maintain your own patient panel while also helping shape the future of the primary care service line—overseeing workflows, mentoring advanced practice providers, and building out clinical operations. You will report directly to executive leadership and partner closely with behavioral health leadership, creating a highly collaborative environment focused on whole-person care. Compensation & Benefits Salary:
