This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys mentoring psychiatric providers, supporting quality clinical care, and helping shape a growing behavioral health organization--without carrying a traditional full patient caseload. Assist with interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and mentoring psychiatric providers. Provide input and guidance regarding provider performance, coaching, and disciplinary processes when appropriate. Support compliance with state regulations, professional standards, and best practices. Foster a collaborative, supportive culture focused on continuous learning and clinical excellence.
