Job Description

Maintenance Technician Location:
Manchester, NH (additional openings may be available in surrounding NH locations)
Schedule:
Full Time | Monday to Friday | 8 Hour Shifts A growing property management company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support apartment communities and residential properties. This is a hands on role ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude, maintenance experience, or exposure to a technical trade who enjoys troubleshooting and problem-solving. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and basic HVAC work Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders in a timely manner Assist with apartment turnovers, inspections, and preventive maintenance Identify and troubleshoot maintenance issues throughout residential properties Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory Support grounds maintenance, seasonal projects, and snow removal as needed Participate in an on call rotation for emergency maintenance situations Follow safety procedures and company standards Qualifications 1+ year of maintenance, construction, facilities, or related technical experience preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, or general repairs Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Good customer service and communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the day Valid driver's license required Preferred Apartment, property management, facilities, or residential maintenance experience Appliance repair experience Trade school, certifications, or other technical training Benefits & Perks Health, dental, and retirement benefits Paid time off and paid holidays Company provided tools Company vehicle or travel assistance based on role Paid training, certifications, and career development opportunities Tuition reimbursement opportunities Immediate openings available.
