Oversee the management of electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems), ensuring accurate documentation of medical records, coding, and compliance with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act). Lead clinical research projects, ensuring adherence to research protocols, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards. Supervise medical staff including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to promote best practices in patient care and practice management. Deep understanding of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and clinical development processes.
