This pivotal role involves managing clinical operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and fostering a collaborative environment that promotes exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of mental health and developmental disabilities, and a passion for advancing innovative treatment approaches. As the PRP Program Director, you will drive program excellence, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the delivery of comprehensive services that meet the diverse needs of our clients. Duties Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of behavioral health programs focused on pediatric, developmental, and mental health populations. Supervise clinical staff including therapists, case managers, and support personnel to ensure high-quality service delivery. Oversee intake processes, patient assessments, treatment planning, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards. Coordinate group therapy sessions, individual counseling, family therapy, and crisis intervention services utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), applied behavior analysis (ABA), and behavioral management strategies. Ensure proper medical documentation, coding (including CPT and ICD coding), and record-keeping in accordance with healthcare regulations. Facilitate staff training on topics such as crisis management, social work best practices, medical terminology, and HIPAA compliance. Collaborate with community partners and educational institutions to enhance home & community care services for clients with disabilities or developmental delays. Monitor program outcomes through data collection and analysis to continuously improve service quality and patient satisfaction. Requirements Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related clinical field; licensure as required by state law. Proven experience in behavioral health program management or clinical supervision within hospital or outpatient settings. Familiarity with medical records management, ICD-10/ICD-9/ICD coding systems, HIPAA regulations, and medical documentation standards. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams while managing multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients, families, staff members, and community partners. Ability to handle crisis situations efficiently while maintaining a compassionate approach to patient care.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
