The incoming Director will help complete a once-in-10-to-15-year bylaws revision and then take ownership of the governance structure moving forward. System Scope Approximately 700 medical staff members Two hospital campuses Five-person Medical Staff Services team Medical Executive Committee coordination Credentialing and privileging oversight Physician relations and legal collaboration System-wide medical staff reporting and analytics Why This Is a Strong Career Move Report directly to the Vice President of Medical Affairs Build relationships with the CEO, senior executives and physician leaders Inherit an established team with an experienced Manager in place Receive transition support from the current Director Join a health system expanding its physician-training mission Up to $160,000 annually, with flexibility for exceptional experience Generous front-loaded PTO and executive-level benefits Full relocation package What Success Requires The ideal candidate has Medical Staff Services leadership experience within a large, complex hospital system and is equally comfortable with governance strategy, credentialing operations and physician relationships. Strong knowledge of MEC processes, medical staff bylaws and privileging is required. CPMSM or CPCS is strongly preferred, along with a bachelor's degree, MD-Staff experience and advanced Excel skills.
