This leadership position combines clinical excellence with medical oversight, providing the opportunity to shape high-quality behavioral healthcare while leading a collaborative multidisciplinary team. The Medical Director will partner closely with hospital leadership, nursing, therapists, case management, and Elsmere Psychiatry Group to ensure exceptional patient care, physician engagement, and operational excellence across inpatient psychiatric services.
