What You'll Do:

Lead clinical operations and oversee provider performance in a Level

IIIB NICU

with approximately 625 annual admissions Drive quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols Lead and participate in academic and teaching responsibilities for medical students, residents, and fellows Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including maternal-fetal medicine and pediatric surgery Implement advanced neonatal therapies such as high-frequency ventilation and nitric oxide therapy Foster clinical innovation and contribute to program development in neonatal services Mentor residents and support scholarly activities in partnership with academic institutions

What You Need:

Required:

MD/DO Board-Certified in Neonatology Valid medical license in Virginia or eligible for licensure At least 3+ years of neonatal clinical experience Strong leadership and communication skills
