What You'll Do:

Provide expert clinical care in a high-acuity Level

IIIB NICU

with approximately 625 annual admissions Oversee clinical operations as Practice Medical Director, ensuring quality and safety Lead and implement quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs Drive clinical innovation and develop neonatal service lines Collaborate with hospital leadership and academic partners to expand and improve neonatal services Participate in teaching, mentorship, and scholarly activities for medical students and residents Engage in educational activities such as Grand Rounds, simulation Boot Camps, and research projects Support and mentor multidisciplinary teams including maternal-fetal medicine and pediatric surgery Utilize advanced neonatal therapies like high-frequency ventilation and nitric oxide therapy

What You Need:

Required:

Board Certification in Neonatology (MD or DO) Residency and training within the immediate local area Proven leadership and clinical excellence in neonatal care Strong collaborative and teaching skills Ability to work alongside multidisciplinary teams
