Rutland Regional Medical Center is recruiting a full time BC/BE Ophthalmology Medical Director. This is a hospital employed practice that is dynamic and collaborative. Rutland is in the beautiful Green Mountains of Vermont just next door to Killington Resort which offers the longest ski season in the east as well as world-class mountain biking, golf, and hiking. 1.5 hours to Burlington, 3 hours to Boston and 4.5 hours to NYC. Join very busy hospital-employed practice, with additional ophthalmologist and optometrist, and a wonderful support team of Certified Ophthalmic Assistants

Competitive based salary with the ability to earn productivity incentive

Call is 1:4 with minimal call burden

Assigned OR blocks in a state-of-the-art procedure center to accommodate high volume surgery
