Our facilities are equipped with advanced diagnostic tools such as digital x-rays, an in-house laboratory, ultrasound, laser therapy, and a fully-equipped surgical suite. With a commitment to lifelong learning and the latest medical procedures, we foster a professional yet fun-loving atmosphere.Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Veterinarian to join our team in the role of Medical Director. Ideal candidates will be driven to lead our practice into the future, enhancing service quality, fostering innovative business initiatives, and maintaining our tradition of excellence. This role includes significant time at our partner facility, Terrace Heights Family Pet Clinic, with a primary focus on small animal medicine.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the veterinary team to ensure high-quality medical standards and operations.
- Develop and implement practice policies and procedures that ensure optimal patient care.
- Perform surgeries, administer diagnostics, and manage patient treatment plans.
- Drive the educational development of the team through mentorship and training.
- Engage with our client community, building lasting relationships and promoting pet health education.
Qualifications:
- DVM or equivalent, licensed to practice in Washington State.
- All levels of experience welcome; leadership experience or potential is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in surgery and dentistry.
- A passion for teaching and mentorship.

- 1:00 PM Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location.
