Job Description

Find your purpose with CentraCare working as the Supervisor of Radiation Oncology in Alexandria! The Supervisor is responsible for the overall management and daily operations of the Radiation Oncology Department in Alexandria. This role provides leadership, coordination, strategic direction and team development to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered radiation oncology services. In addition to leadership and operational responsibilities, this role is expected to maintain a strong clinical presence, dedicating approximately 50% of work time to direct patient care and frontline clinical support. By actively participating in patient care activities, the Supervisor promotes clinical excellence, supports staff, ensures adherence to best practices, and remains closely connected to the patient and caregiver experience.
Schedule:
Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks Monday
  • Friday | 7:30 am
  • 4:00 pm Pay and Benefits Starting pay begins at $46.29 per hour and increases with experience Pay range: $46.29
  • 69.

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of Radiation Therapy Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience Must be certified in Radiation Therapy
