Dental Office Manager / Operations Leader | $47K-$64K+ Florence, AL | Full-Time $47,000-$57,000 Base + Monthly Performance Bonus Lead the Team. Drive the Practice. Make an Impact. A successful, established dental practice in the Florence area is looking for an experienced Dental Operations Leader who knows how to build a strong team, create accountability, and drive practice performance. This is an opportunity for a dental leader who wants more than managing the daily schedule—you'll have the ability to make a meaningful impact on the people, performance, and growth of the practice. Compensation That Rewards Your Impact $47,000-$57,000 base salary Up to $600 monthly performance bonus Up to $64,200 in total annual cash compensation Full-time, stable leadership position What You'll Own You'll be the operational heartbeat of the practice, responsible for: Leading, coaching and developing the team Creating accountability and a positive, high-performing culture Driving production, collections and key practice KPIs Optimizing schedules, patient flow and operational systems Supporting case acceptance and practice growth Creating an exceptional patient experience Identifying opportunities and turning them into action We're Looking for a Leader Who...
