We have a small niche team of single doctor, two front office, most days one hygienist. We work no late nights or weekends! Must have at least 5 years of experience in dental office managment and 10 years in dental field MINIMUM . Updated resume also required to apply. Responsibilities Manage scheduling, patient flow, and administrative workflows Supervise and support clinical and administrative staff Oversee fiscal management office KPIs and goals with owner Doctor Ensure compliance with HIPPA Knowledge of OSHA Exceptional customer service skills Treatment planning Treatment presentation Assist in post operative instructions if needed Knowledge of dental procedures and ability to effectively relay to patients Implement human resources functions: hiring, training, performance evaluations, etc. Insurance verification
Billing:
claims, management of AR Experience with Dentrix and running reports Strong background in fiscal management including budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue, office KPIs College degree and any back office certifications bonus but not required to apply.
Pay:
$27.00 - $33.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
