The Opportunity That Awaits You :
As a Therapy Development Manager , you will drive therapy adoption and procedural growth by partnering with physicians, practice staff, and hospital teams to successfully integrate Aquablation therapy into clinical practice. Working closely with Clinical, Marketing, and Capital Sales teams, you will optimize workflows, improve patient pathways, and support long-term program success. This role is focused on practice integration, customer engagement, and utilization growth—not revenue generation. Success comes from building strong customer relationships, removing barriers to adoption, and helping accounts achieve sustainable procedural growth. What You rDay-To-Day Will Involve:
Drive therapy adoption through practice integration and workflow optimization. Partner with physicians and clinical teams to support onboarding and program implementation. Identify opportunities to improve patient pathways, scheduling, and procedural efficiency. Develop account-specific utilization plans to increase procedure volume. Conduct business reviews using utilization data and best practices. Collaborate with Clinical, Marketing, and Capital Sales teams to support account success. Build strong relationships with physicians and key stakeholders to encourage long-term adoption. Conduct Quarterly Business Review with the practice to align on their practice goals with Aquablation.Train / Educate
all staff members on the clinical benefits of Aquablation and how to triage clinical questions from prospective patients. Owns clinic readiness and activation initiatives, monitor clinic capture performance and remove barriers to patient activation Complete clinic deep dive document to fully understand pathway of BPH patient in the practice. What Success Looks Like Increased procedural utilization and therapy adoption. Successful integration into physician practices and hospital workflows. Improved customer engagement and satisfaction. Strong cross-functional collaboration. Achievement of territory utilization objectives. Understand the role of diagnostics as a patient education tool to empower patient to make informed decision on their care. The Qualifications We Need You to Possess Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 8+ years of medical device or healthcare experience. Experience with physician practices, hospitals, or surgical environments preferred. Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills. Ability to analyze account performance and identify growth opportunities. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.Pay Range for this role:
