This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and delivering exceptional patient service. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in medical office management, dental office experience, and a passion for creating a positive, efficient environment that promotes both team success and patient satisfaction. Your leadership will drive the practice forward, ensuring smooth workflows, financial health, and adherence to all healthcare policies. Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the dental practice, including patient scheduling, billing, and treatment coordination General, Orthodontics, and Pediatric Manage financial aspects such as budgeting, medical billing, fiscal management, and revenue cycle processes using EMR/EHR systems like Dentrix Oversee human resources functions including staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and team supervision in compliance with healthcare staff management standards Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations, health regulation policies, JCAHO standards, and other compliance requirements to maintain a safe and legal practice environment Utilize patient management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems to accurately maintain medical records and facilitate efficient patient flow Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize clinic operations while supporting acute care and critical care processes when necessary Implement practice management strategies that enhance patient experience through excellent customer service and effective communication Monitor clinic performance metrics regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed Experience Proven experience in dental office management within a dental setting Extensive knowledge of dental office procedures, healthcare regulations (including HIPAA), and medical terminology Demonstrated supervisory experience managing healthcare teams in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Dentrix; familiarity with dental billing software is essential Strong understanding of fiscal management including budgeting, financial reporting, and managed care practices Background in healthcare practice management with experience in compliance monitoring and utilization management Excellent managerial communication skills coupled with a customer service-oriented approach Prior experience working with health regulation policies like JCAHO standards or similar accreditation bodies is preferred Ability to handle medical administrative support tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy in medical records management Join us as a Dental Office Manager where your leadership will shape an efficient practice dedicated to exceptional patient care.
