+ Bonuses We're a family-owned private dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. If you have 2+ years of dental front office experience , are confident with treatment planning and dental insurance , and enjoy building strong patient relationships, we'd love to meet you. Schedule & Locations Monday & Tuesday — La Costa, Carlsbad 7730 Rancho Santa Fe Rd #106, Carlsbad, CA 92009
Monday:
7:30 AM-4:30
PM Tuesday:
9:00 AM-6:00 PM Wednesday & Thursday — Oceanside 3762 Mission Ave Ste 104, Oceanside, CA 92058
Wednesday:
8:00 AM-5:00
PM Thursday:
8:00 AM-5:00 PM Responsibilities Coordinate patient scheduling and communication Present and coordinate treatment plans Verify and explain dental insurance benefits Follow up with patients regarding treatment Work closely with the dentist and office manager Maintain accurate records and a clean, safe office Perform general front office duties as needed What We're Looking For 2+ years dental front office experience Strong knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning Excellent communication and organizational skills Warm, professional, patient-focused approach Positive, team-oriented attitude $30-$35/hour | Benefits | PTO | Bonuses | No Fridays Apply today—we'd love to meet you!
