Dental Treatment Coordinator Experienced:

Must have Dental background in order to apply. We're seeking a high-performing Treatment Coordinator who is strong with case acceptance, same day conversions, and collections for our Dental Practice in Santa Barbara.

Qualifications:

Proven track record with same day treatment acceptance Strong sales and closing skills Excellent experience with collections In depth knowledge of third party financing Confidence presenting high dollar treatment plans Ability to consistently hit and exceed monthly production & collection goals Professional, persuasive, and patient focused communication This is a full time position
