is A MUST. Responsibilities Greet patients entering the office and warmly connect with them during any time spent in the reception area. Provide a good "First Impression" for patients through professional, friendly, and hospitable interaction Interact with individuals in the reception area during their wait time Schedule appointments in accordance with dental office parameters Answer telephones in a thorough and timely manner and document in patient chart. Perform tasks with accuracy, attention to detail, and within specified periods Create and present accurate treatment plans in accordance to patient's insurance eligibility and breakdown. Collect payment as established on signed consent for treatment. Keep the providers' schedule full and productive .
