Magnolia Dental is under new doctor ownership and leadership! We are a modern, patient-focused practice dedicated to providing high-quality dental care to our community. We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and leadership-minded Dental Office Manager who is fluent in English and Spanish to lead our day-to-day operations and build a high-performing team.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily dental office operations, staff scheduling, and front desk workflow.
- Manage patient treatment planning, financial coordination, and case presentation in English and Spanish.
- Handle dental insurance claims, billing, accounts receivable, and collections.
- Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and team development.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and dental industry regulations.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, labs, and IT service providers.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Language:
Must be fluent in BOTH English and Spanish (Bilingual Required) . Knowledge of Korean is a plus.- 2+ years of dental office management or lead front desk experience required.
- Proficiency in Practice Web software (or similar dental EHR like Dentrix/Eaglesoft).
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance billing, PPO plans, and claims processing.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
