We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Director to lead our dental team in beautiful Crescent City, California. Schedule:

We operate on 12-hour rotating shifts, giving you flexibility and extended time off: Rotation 1: Sunday-Tuesday, 8:00 AM-8:00 PM Rotation 2: Wednesday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-8:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM-2:00 PM Enjoy 7 days off every other week!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality general dental care to patients of all ages. Lead, mentor, and support the dental team to ensure exceptional patient care and positive outcomes. Collaborate with the clinic's medical and administrative leadership to align dental services with the organization's mission and goals. Oversee compliance with all applicable dental practice regulations, infection control standards, and clinical policies. Manage and optimize patient flow, scheduling, and productivity to meet organizational benchmarks. Foster a welcoming, compassionate patient experience that reflects the clinic's commitment to community-centered care.

Qualifications:

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. Active California dental license (or eligibility for licensure). Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred; prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred. Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills. Commitment to serving rural and underserved populations with empathy and respect.

$225,000 per year

Bonus:
