Job Description

Dental Office Manager
  • Help Lead & Grow Our Practice!
We are a growing private dental practice in Cypress, CA , and we're looking for an experienced, motivated Office Manager to join our team and help lead our practice into its next stage of growth! Our practice is focused on providing an exceptional patient experience while offering a comprehensive range of dentistry—from preventive and restorative care to implants and complex full-mouth rehabilitation. We took over a long-standing dental practice approximately 1.5 years ago, and since then, we've experienced tremendous growth. As our team and patient base continue to expand, we're looking for the right leader to help us stay organized, strengthen our team, improve our systems, and continue that momentum. What You'll Do As our Office Manager, you'll work closely with the doctors and team to oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice while keeping both patient care and practice growth at the forefront. This is a true leadership position. We want someone who takes ownership, identifies problems before they become bigger problems, and is comfortable having difficult conversations when necessary to find solutions and keep the team moving forward. You'll help oversee the administrative side of the practice, including scheduling, billing, collections, treatment coordination, insurance, front-office systems, team accountability, and overall practice performance. You'll also work directly with the doctors to track goals, identify opportunities for improvement, and make sure our practice continues to provide excellent care while achieving our production and collection goals. Who We're Looking For Our ideal Office Manager is: A strong leader
  • You know how to motivate a team, set expectations, and hold people accountable while maintaining a positive work environment. Reliable & punctual
  • Your team can count on you to show up prepared and lead by example. Comfortable with difficult conversations
  • You don't avoid problems. You address them professionally, respectfully, and with the goal of finding a solution. Goal-oriented
  • You understand production, collections, scheduling, and the numbers behind a successful dental practice. Experienced in dental administration
  • You have a strong understanding of front-office operations, including billing, insurance, scheduling, treatment planning, collections, and patient communication. Proactive & independent
  • You don't wait to be told what needs to be done. You recognize opportunities and take initiative. Approachable but respected
  • We want our team to feel comfortable coming to you while also recognizing you as their leader. A great communicator
  • You're comfortable communicating openly with both the team and doctors about challenges, goals, and opportunities for improvement.
Why Join Us? This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to do more than simply manage a dental office . We're looking for someone who wants to help build one. Our practice is growing, our doctors are invested in continuing to improve, and we want an Office Manager who can become an important part of that growth. You'll have the opportunity to help shape our systems, develop our team, improve the patient experience, and work directly with the doctors to take the practice to the next level. We have a supportive team, loyal patients, a positive work environment, and doctors who value communication and new ideas. If you're an experienced dental leader who is organized, motivated, great with people, and excited by the opportunity to help a growing practice succeed, we'd love to meet you!
