Dental Treatment Coordinator | Del Mar I-Rise Dental Boutique At I-Rise Dental Boutique, we believe dentistry can do more than fix teeth—it can restore confidence, improve health, and help bring the the best version of U. We are seeking an energetic, empathetic, and organized Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our patient-focused team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between clinical diagnoses and financial solutions, ensuring our patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident in moving forward with their oral health care. Key Responsibilities Present comprehensive treatment plans to patients with clarity and compassion. Explain financial options, including insurance coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and third-party financing (e.g., cherry, carecredit, proceed). Schedule treatment appointments and manage follow-ups for unscheduled treatment. Verify insurance benefits and pre-authorizations prior to consultations. Serve as the primary liaison between patients, clinical staff, and administrative teams. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a dental office (Treatment Coordinator or Dental Front Office preferred). Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and coding. Proficiency with dental practice management software (e.g., Open Dental). Exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to build trust quickly.
