This individual will serve as a positive leader and role model for the reception team, helping to maintain efficient workflow, excellent communication, and top-notch customer service in a fast-paced veterinary environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing weekend front office operations and reception team performance. Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for clients and patients. Support appointment scheduling, patient check-in and check-out procedures, and client communications. Address client concerns and resolve issues professionally and compassionately. Train, coach, and support front office team members. Ensure smooth communication between clients, veterinarians, and hospital staff. Monitor workflow and assist with daily administrative responsibilities. Maintain accurate client and patient records. Uphold hospital policies, procedures, and service standards. Promote a positive, professional, and team-focused work environment. Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in a veterinary hospital, medical office, customer service, or office management role. Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Professional, friendly, and compassionate demeanor. Strong computer and administrative skills. Dependable attendance and willingness to work weekends. Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team culture. Preferred Qualifications Previous supervisory, team lead, or management experience. Experience working in a veterinary hospital setting. Experience with Cornerstone Practice Management Software is a plus. Experience training and mentoring team members. Familiarity with urgent care or high-volume medical environments.
Pay:
