Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support our business goals, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of human resources management practices. Responsibilities Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals. Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance on conflict management and resolution. Ensure compliance with FMLA, OSHA, and other employment and labor laws. Conduct employee evaluations and performance management initiatives to enhance workforce productivity. Administer benefits programs and manage payroll processes using HRIS systems such as Workday, Paychex, or ADP. Design and implement training & development programs to foster employee growth. Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and organizational design initiatives. Manage succession planning efforts to ensure a strong pipeline of talent within the organization. Utilize data analysis skills for HR reporting, process improvement, and decision-making. Supervise the HR team to ensure effective program management and employee orientation processes. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent management and employee relations. Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, including FMLA and workers' compensation regulations. Excellent negotiation skills with experience in contracts management. Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and change management within an organization. Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Oracle
