!! We are in search of a dental office treatment coordinator acts as the bridge between the dentist's clinical recommendations and the patient's financial and emotional comfort. Key responsibilities include presenting treatment plans, explaining insurance and financing options, and scheduling follow-up care.
Treatment Education:
Translate clinical lingo from the dentist into clear, easy-to-understand language for patients.
Financial Counseling:
Review insurance coverage, verify benefits, and set up custom payment plans or financing options.
Case Acceptance:
Build trust, answer questions, and address concerns to help patients commit to needed oral care.
Scheduling & Tracking:
Coordinate timelines, book procedures, and follow up on pending or unfinished treatment plans.
Key Skills and Requirements Experience:
1 to 2 years of prior dental front desk, administration, or dental assisting background.
Software Knowledge:
Familiarity with dental software like
Open Dental Communication:
Strong, empathetic listening and verbal skills to put nervous patients at ease.
Organization:
Detail-focused tracking of billing, patient records, and insurance claims. [1, 2, 5]
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
