In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily office operations, coordinate patient care, and ensure a seamless experience for both patients and staff. Your leadership will drive practice efficiency, uphold compliance standards, and foster a welcoming environment that promotes exceptional dental care. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic healthcare setting while managing administrative functions with precision and enthusiasm. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of dental office operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination to ensure optimal practice performance Oversee financial management tasks such as billing, coding, budgeting, and maintaining accurate medical records using EMR/EHR systems like Dentrix and Eaglesoft Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance on human resources policies, training, and performance evaluations to cultivate a high-performing team Coordinate patient treatment plans by explaining procedures, scheduling appointments, and ensuring patient understanding and satisfaction Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations including
HIPAA, JCAHO
standards, and health regulation policies to safeguard patient information and uphold legal standards Utilize patient management software to track treatment progress, manage medical records, and facilitate effective communication between team members and patients Monitor clinic supplies, equipment maintenance, and fiscal activities to support smooth daily operations and financial health of the practice Qualifications Proven experience in medical or dental office management with a strong background in healthcare practice management and clinic operations Demonstrated supervisory experience leading healthcare teams with excellent managerial communication skills Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as Open Dental; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite for administrative tasks Knowledge of medical billing, coding procedures, budgeting, and financial management within a healthcare setting Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations, medical terminology, medical records management, and health regulation policies Prior experience in managing teams in healthcare environments with acute or critical care exposure preferred Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle patient inquiries professionally and empathetically Join us in delivering outstanding dental care while leading our team to new heights!
