Join Our Team as a Dental Office Manager Are you an experienced and skilled professional looking for a rewarding opportunity in dental office management? Our private family dental practice in Healdsburg is seeking a dynamic Office Manager to lead our team and contribute to our continued success.
About Us:
We pride ourselves on offering comprehensive dental care in a warm and welcoming environment. As a multifaceted practice, we provide our patients with top-notch service and prioritize their oral health needs. As our Office Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing and training office personnel Conducting treatment plan interviews and utilizing financial tools for optimal acceptance Utilizing dental software systems effectively Implementing marketing strategies to attract new patients Efficient scheduling to maximize productivity and patient flow Overseeing administrative tasks such as supply ordering and inventory management
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the dental profession, with at least 3 years in an office management role Education background in dentistry preferred Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment High school degree required; additional education is a plus
