Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a well-organized and efficient working environment to enhance patient experience.
  • Clearly communicate treatment options and associated costs to patients, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with critical and acute care teams to facilitate seamless patient care coordination.
  • Oversee financial management tasks, including budgeting, billing, and expense tracking.
  • Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA regulations, safeguarding patient confidentiality.
  • Manage patient scheduling, check-ins, payments, and record updates, ensuring optimal office flow.
  • Proactively communicate with patients regarding appointments and any changes, fostering patient relationships.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with PPO and HMO.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Treatment Planning and Dental Office Management.
  • Exceptional leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
