Hyperbaric Operations Manager - Hyperbaric Medicine (Private Practice)
Job Type:
Full-Time Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Job Location:
Laguna Beach, CA Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinic operations and staff Manage patient scheduling, workflow, and operational efficiency Supervise Hyperbaric treatment operations and ensure regulatory compliance Oversee insurance verification, prior authorizations, and reimbursement processes Build referral relationships with physicians and community providers Monitor operational and financial performance Lead practice growth initiatives while maintaining excellent patient care
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of healthcare operations or practice management experience
Required :
Experience in Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) Experience managing a private medical practice Strong knowledge of insurance, Medicare, prior authorizations, and EMR systems Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills Business development and physician referral experience preferred Clinical background (RN, RT, EMT, CHT, or similar) is a plus What We're Looking For Successfully manage daily operations Grow referral sources and patient volume Build strong relationships with physicians and community partners Lead a small team while delivering an outstanding patient experience
